Waitlist Open!

If you are interested in living at The Boulevard and believe you qualify for an affordable apartment, please fill out an application online. We are located at 2911 W. Grand Blvd, Monday- Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM.

Affordable apartments will have income restrictions for occupants, along with restricted rents.

A $80 application fee for every household member aged 18 or older must be submitted with your completed application. All completed applications will be logged in order of time/date stamped, and added to the waitlist in the order they are received.
